Challenge
The Wake Forest Run Club is made up of 500+ members of all ages with various skills and endurance levels most of whom live in the Wake County, North Carolina area. As the club continues to grow and welcome new members, they needed the core pieces of a distinct identity that reflects their ethos and while also refreshing their online presence.

Strategy
The WFRC brand was developed as part of a case study I conducted after completing a visual identity design course taught by Sagi Haviv. Throughout my research, I found that to truly engage run club members, WFRC needed a personable and focused identity. In today's run clubs, members consider their fellow club members part of their family. From reading member stories, I learned that run clubs are more than just a community for running, they’re also a lifestyle. From these observations, I approached this project as a lifestyle brand and crafted touch-points to tell a genuine brand story for WFRC.
